Mike began his real estate career in Lake Oswego at the flagship office of Barbara Sue Seal Properties. His primary focus was on luxury homes and new construction in Lake Oswego and West Hills. These experiences assisted him with many of the skills necessary to found Arbor Homes in 1994. Additionally, he shared ownership with his spouse in a local neighborhood real estate company while expanding his home building business from Lake Oswego to West Linn, through Tigard, Beaverton, and Forest Heights. The know-how gained through the years of his devotion to customer service has been beneficial to Mike’s clients over the years. These experiences gave him deep understanding of consumer’s needs, strong negotiating skills, and the foresight to proactively address issues and circumvent problems from the very beginning.
